Implant #8 with layered zirconia crown
Young patient with history of trauma and localized periodontal disease. #8 was hopeless and initially given the option of removable partial denture by another dentist. Due to functional and esthetic concerns, we collectively decided that placing an implant to replace #8 would be best. #8 removed and grafted with placement of implant after 6 months. One implant was given 6 more months to integrate properly due to the poor bone quality present. The zirconia crown was layered to replicate the gingival margin that advanced apically due to the bone remodeling. The patient is now confident, smiling, laughing, and can feel at ease going on dates.

Upper arch restorations (zirconia crowns and bridges)
Patient has history of bruxing and fractured several of his teeth. He was also missing #9 and had a flipper for several years. He finally decided to make the investment in himself and his health and went for a long-term solution. Zirconia bridges #4-6 , #7-10; Crowns #11,12,13 were designed to restore the proper structure and function of his teeth. After the restorations were cemented an occlusal guard was made to protect the restorations and remaining dentition from future fractures. The patient was so happy he made the decision to invest in his smile.

Upper implant supported denture (Zirconia) AKA all on six
Patient had a removable partial denture and only two remaining teeth with mobility. The patient had been prolonging treatment due to not wanting to be in a complete denture due to functional concerns as well as gag reflex. She was then given the option of placing six implants to support the new denture that will have better function and exclude the palate. She was nervous but agreed. A surgical guide was made and the remaining teeth were removed and the 6 implants were placed along with bone graft material. An immediate denture was made while the implants healed and integrated. After 6 months, the new denture was started. The new denture fits and functions much better than her immediate denture and she is very pleased with the aesthetics and being able to eat properly again.
